All items are handcrafted and made to order and will be shipped 2-3 weeks from date of purchase.  At times shipments may arrive earlier than expected depending on availability.  If you would like a customizable shipping arrangement please call 407-761-3099 and speak with a customer service representative.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges may be done within 60 days of receipt of merchandise.  Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.  All returns and exchanges must be new, unused and have the original packaging and accessories.  Returns will be declined if not in resalable condition.
